Visit the website’s login page and enter your username and password. If you face any issues, there is a “Forgot Password” option to reset it.

Can I enroll in more than one course?

You are free to enroll in as many courses as you choose.

Can I get the course assessment for both online and offline?

You can obtain all assessments from online. Right now we are not providing any assessment for offline.

Is there any support system if I face any difficulties?

Of course there is a support system option where you can easily open a ticket with your query and the support team will respond to you.

Is offline payment support for course enrollment?

For offline payment course enrollment we have our cash on delivery system in addition bkash, nagad is also available for offline payment support.

Is there any prerequisite option if I want to enroll for a particular course?

There is no prerequisite option for taking any course. You can take any course that needs to explore your skill.

Is a completion certificate available for all the courses or some special course?

Yeah, Students will receive a course completion certificate after completing a course .These certificates serve as formal recognition of a student’s successful completion of a course and demonstrate their acquired skills and knowledge.

Can I see from my profile how much time I need to complete the course?

There is a progress bar in the student dashboard from where students are able to see the progress by completing their given task.

Are all the courses paid courses?

No, All the courses are not paid but there are some courses which are free for all and sometimes the course is published with a discount price.

How can I contact my instructor?

There is a chat system with the instructor and the student. Students can communicate with their assigned course instructor using this chat.

If the quizzes are not passed can I re attempt for the quiz?

If a student fails any quizzes or can not attempt the quizzes then he/she can re attempt the quizzes again.

How to create an account to enroll in the courses?

You can create an account by using your email and password including some valid information about you. After that you are able to purchase any course.

Can I delete my account?

Sure you can delete your account at any time . And you can also create a new account to join again .

What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password securely.

How do I upload course materials for my students?

To upload course materials, go to the admin course page and click on the “Edit” button then click on “Resource” button . From there, you can choose files from your device and make them accessible to your students.

Can I customize my course page with my own design and content?

Currently, we provide a predefined view to ensure consistency across courses. However, you can add custom content, such as lecture notes and additional resources.

Is there a mobile app available for the Faculty LMS?

Yes, there is a mobile app available for both Android and iOS platforms. You can download it from the play store and app stores.

Can I integrate third-party add ons or modules into the system ?

Yes, This Faculty-LMS supports integration with third-party addons / modules. Check the addons feature from the menu.

Is there a way to facilitate live online classes through the LMS?

Yes, This Faculty-LMS platform offers integration with video conferencing tools to facilitate live online classes like google meet, zoom and others.

Is there a way to track attendance or participation in online classes?

Right now this faculty platform didn’t have track attendance or participation in online classes .
