To Manage Support follow the procedures…
Manage Ticket and Department from the Support in the left menu of the admin area.
You can find ticket overview like open tickets, on hold ticket, pending and closed ticket.
You can search ticket by ticket title.
Here you can view all ticket list and add new notification with appropriate Information.
Add New Ticket
You can add new ticket by adding first name, last name, email, subject, department, priority and description.
Here you can see all department list and can add new department with department title and status.
